Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Email support@fitpath.ai or use the contact page with the email on your account.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card, MoMo, ZaloPay, or bank) within 5–10 business days.

Refunds on automatic renewals are considered case by case if requested within 48 hours of the charge.

To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your billing date from your account page.
